Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Coverage Needed

• Start Date: 07/06/2026
• End Date: 01/08/2027
• Schedule: 3-4 days per week, 8 AM - 4 PM (Monday-Friday)
  • Night Call: Two nights per week, 5 PM - 7:30 AM

Clinical Details

• Inpatient only
• Patient Volume: Average 25 patients per day
  • Split between inpatient MD & APP
• Call: Night call for inpatient service
• EMR: EPIC experience preferred, training available
• Support Staff: Operations Director, APP Team Lead, and inpatient RNs

Requirements

• Active IN license
• Active IN DEA or easily transferrable
• CSR required
• Oncology and Hematology experience preferred, but not required
  • If no Oncology and Hematology experience, preferred experience with hospitalist work or acute care
• Must be available starting 7/6/26-1/8/27
• Minimum 3 days per week, ideally 4 days with 2 nights of call coverage
• CV must be in Month / Year format
• Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
• Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
