Retail Display Installer - Technology

Position Summary A reliable, detail‑oriented Field Service Representative responsible for installing and updating in‑store displays for leading technology brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. Key Responsibilities Respond quickly ( within 24hours ) to field service management. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date availability. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, endcaps, and fixtures per planograms and client directives. Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving the job site. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain fully functional. Participate in early morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure task execution and timelines are met. Assist other team members as needed. Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment, complete training and certification programs, and maintain compliance with all field‑service standards. Qualifications Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States. Availability from Monday through Friday, with weekend, holiday, and early‑morning availability as required. Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10ft, lift up to 60lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead. Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; ability to use a smartphone to clock in/out, upload photos, download applications, and access the internet. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Preferred: prior retail or merchandising experience, installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, and ability to follow planogram directives. Must own an Android or Apple mobile device. Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel up to 90miles per assignment. Benefits $18.00 per hour. Flexible self‑scheduling and fixed shifts based on availability; maintain a minimum of 20 hours within a rolling 30‑day period. Scheduling & Work Hours Work Monday–Friday.
