Program Supervisor who knows what it looks like when kinship case management works — and who won't accept anything less from their team. What you’ll do: You’ll lead a team of Kinship Case Manager Navigators serving relative caregiver families throughout Hamilton County and the surrounding region. You’ll be in case reviews every week, in the file audits every month, and in the room when a Navigator needs help thinking through a hard case. You’ll know your team’s caseloads in detail — not because a dashboard told you, but because you’re the one keeping it that way. What does this position offer? Requirements POSITION SPECIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the program(s) they lead.
