Assess and documents patient vital signs including height and weight, and reports all abnormal findings to the RN and/or provider. Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures as directed by the RN or Medical Provider.QualificationsMeet all regulatory compliance requirements for LNA, performing clinical nursing procedures and functions within the New Hampshire (NH) LNA Scope of Practice. High School Diploma and valid NH Nursing Assistance License (LNA) and current BLS certificate preferred.
