Key Responsibilities Handle real estate closings from initiation through completion Prepare closing documents and coordinate with all parties Review title reports and resolve title issues Communicate with lenders, brokers, and clients Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Maintain accurate case files and documentation Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of New Jersey real estate paralegal experience Professional and courteous demeanor Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency in real estate software and document preparation Detail-oriented with ability to work under deadlines New York real estate experience is a plus Job Details Hourly Flexible scheduling options Not Remote – In Office Position #J-18808-Ljbffr
