Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified sales professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Manager. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience . Responsibilities

• Achieve production goals.
• Establish and manage customer relationships.
• Provide fair, prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, applications, renewals and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based sales review process to educate customers about their insurance purchase options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred
• Highly self-motivated
• Coachable
• Market products and services based on customer needs
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proven customer service skills
• Proactive in problem solving
• Keen decision making
• Property and Casualty license ( must have currently )

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $48,000.00 per year
