Job Full Description Job Title: Night Shift Supervisor Pay Rate: Up to $20 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Job Summary: The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production operations during the night shift, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. This role leads a team of operators, coordinates workflow, and addresses any issues that arise during assigned hours. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support production staff during night shift operations Ensure production goals and deadlines are met Monitor workflow, machine performance, and staffing needs Train, coach, and provide guidance to team members Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment Inspect products and processes to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot operational or personnel issues and escalate when needed Maintain accurate production reports and shift documentation Coordinate with day shift leadership to ensure smooth transitions Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead a team and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and reporting skills Work Environment: Manufacturing or production facility setting Exposure to noise, machinery, and industrial conditions Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Schedule: Full-time, night shift (hours may vary) Overtime and weekend availability may be required Ellis County, TX 3201 138 North Highway 77 Waxahachie, TX 75165
