Job Title: Night Shift Supervisor

Pay Rate: Up to $20 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)


Job Summary:
The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production operations during the night shift, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. This role leads a team of operators, coordinates workflow, and addresses any issues that arise during assigned hours.


Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support production staff during night shift operations
• Ensure production goals and deadlines are met
• Monitor workflow, machine performance, and staffing needs
• Train, coach, and provide guidance to team members
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe work environment
• Inspect products and processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot operational or personnel issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate production reports and shift documentation
• Coordinate with day shift leadership to ensure smooth transitions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and reporting skills

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing or production facility setting
• Exposure to noise, machinery, and industrial conditions
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Schedule:

• Full-time, night shift (hours may vary)
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required
