The role involves providing patient care in a high-risk obstetrics setting and may require floating to other maternal units, postpartum, and neonatal intensive care units. The position requires working night shifts on a 3x12 schedule with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Reno, Nevada
• Shift: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with the possibility of weekends, holidays, and call shifts
• Schedule varies based on department needs
• Required Qualifications: Nevada State Registered Nurse (RN) license prior to start; Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery within a high-risk hospital setting; Experience requirement: 2 years, Education requirements, and Location requirements are included in qualifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: STABLE certification is preferred
• Additional Information: Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level. May be required to work major holidays and pick up additional shifts during the schedule period. Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, up to 48 hours in advance for low census per 13-week contract.
