Job Summary:
The position is for a Physical Therapist Outpatient located in Millbury, Massachusetts. The candidate will evaluate and develop treatment plans for assigned patients in an outpatient setting, ensuring goals are met within established clinical guidelines. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; active/applicable license for the State of Massachusetts; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience.
- Additional Information: The position involves performing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, completing accurate documentation, participating in student programs, maintaining professional licensure, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.
