CDL A OTR Team Driver

Pitney Bowes is hiring a CDL A OTR Team Driver at our Arlington, TX facility. The annual salary ranges from $85,000 to $90,000. The role is a five‑day week with two days home time. A seasoned team is preferred, and each solo driver will receive a teammate. The position includes medical, dental and vision benefits, a referral program, and access to clean, late‑model sleeper tractors and trailers. What You’ll Do Transport and deliver freight over long distances safely, efficiently, and legally. Hook and unhook trailers; secure freight; install and remove tire chains as required. Comply with DOT rules and regulations, and company policies and procedures. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment, reporting defects and repairs. Represent Pitney Bowes and the trucking industry professionally. What You Bring Minimum age 21 years. Valid Class A license and meet applicable DOT requirements for CDL drivers. Minimum 6 months verifiable driving experience with a tractor‑trailer and a safe driving record. Proficient spoken and written English. Experience with electronic equipment and software such as GPS, AVL units, CD, Workhound, AOBRD and ELD systems (Samsara). Benefits Medical, dental and vision coverage. Driver referral program.
