Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $300MM community bank in Minnesota in the search for a Mortgage Lender. This organization offers a strong community presence and relationship-driven culture, providing the opportunity to make a direct impact in a growing market.
Responsibilities:
- Originate residential real estate loans and grow a strong referral network.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and community partners.
- Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing.
- Structure loan solutions that align with customer financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal lending guidelines.
- Support overall growth of the bank's mortgage portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of residential real estate lending experience.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and underwriting guidelines.
- Proven ability to generate new business and develop referral networks.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of the Minnesota market is a plus.
