Job Title: Package Operator

Pay Rate: $14hr

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a Packaging Operator Trainee position. No previous experience is required. Candidates must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, and perform general labor duties in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Palletize finished materials
• Perform general plant clean-up
• Connect and disconnect railcars
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Spanish is required; English is a plus (Spanish-only candidates are welcome)
• Ability to work outdoors year-round, including in high temperatures
• No previous experience required
• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift materials as needed
