Rooms To Go is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a high-energy furniture retail environment. In this role, you’ll help lead a sales team, coach associates on product knowledge and selling techniques, and ensure showroom merchandising aligns with company standards. You will assist with scheduling, inventory oversight, and coordination with delivery and logistics teams to guarantee on-time, accurate orders. Ideal candidates are hands-on leaders who thrive in fast-paced settings, are comfortable with performance goals, and enjoy solving customer issues on the spot while maintaining a positive, team-first culture.
