Your core responsibilities will include:Empowerment & Personal Care: Providing respectful, hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mealtime support.Behavioral Support & Advocacy: Serving as a compassionate partner, providing positive behavioral support, following person-centered support plans, and assisting with de-escalation.Community & Integration: Being a bridge to the community. You'll support individuals with their goals, from transportation to appointments and hobbies to helping them thrive in community-based jobs.Health & Wellness: Supporting health and wellness by administering medications, assisting with mobility, and preparing nutritious meals.What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)We believe in hiring for heart and training for skill.
