Key Job Responsibilities Initial cabling planning, installation, validation, and quality assessment. Engage external contractors including newly onboarded cabling vendors. Plan and work with a wide range of project stakeholders to determine device and cabling requirements, schedule resources to meet project timelines, engage external vendors, and provide continuous status reporting. Install, rack and stack networking devices, run and patch fiber cabling, and configure devices using automation tools and the command line interface. Validate, troubleshoot devices, and perform stress testing prior to capacity delivery. Travel up to 50% including some local and international assignments throughout AMER. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of computer networking experience Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Experience in computer networking Experience working with Linux operating systems Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair Knowledge of network design, protocols and troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications Can work in cramped spaces or in elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelines Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies Experience working in a data center environment (racking and stacking gear, cable management, hot/cold aisle containment) Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
