Then consider joining our amazing team!LOCATION:This position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates located in or near Seattle, WA.JOB OVERVIEW:The Employee Benefits Client Coordinator (CC) works with the Client Executive (CE) and/or Client Manager (CM) to assist with the maintenance of a client's employee benefits program and the day-to-day service of the account.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Client ManagementAssist in preparing materials for client meetings, including agendas, reporting, and presentationsProcess BORs, update internal systems, update client portals, and prepare invoicesContribute to completion of reports such as 5500 filings, audits, benchmarking, experience and financial analytic reports, and other data as needed to assist in servicing the clientProvide open enrollment support with communication materials, onsite and virtual meetings and health fairsAssist with the resolution of client and employee issues regarding bill discrepancies, claims issues, etc.Build relationships and collaborate effectivelyPersonal and Organizational DevelopmentWork with CE and/or CM to set priorities and manage workflow to ensure goals are metMaintain up-to-date workflow logs, and update benefits information on agency management systems, manuals or other required documentation and recordsBe responsive and interact with others effectively utilizing communication skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance as needed to achieve business goalsStay informed regarding industry information, new product/program developments, coverages, legislation, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performanceWHAT YOU'LL BRING:General knowledge of coverages and services regarding Employee BenefitsIntermediate knowledge Microsoft Office programs to include Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelStrong attention to detail and time managementStrong ability to multi-task and prioritizeAbility to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentGood interpersonal communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant experience preferredPrefer two or more years' experience with a benefits consulting or brokerage firm or comparable experience with an insurance carrier or TPAMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demandsMust have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situationsWashington Life, Disability (health), Travel license, preferred or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire dateCOMPENSATION:The hourly pay range for this position is $35.89 - $38.47 per hour and standard workweeks are 37.5 hours. This range represents the employer's good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data.
