Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently, providing prompt solutions to customers.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Educate customers on system operation, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
• Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
