Advisor Development Program Client Associate The Wealth Management Client Associate – Advisor Development Program (WMCA‑ADP) is an entry role in the Advisor Development Program that leads to becoming a fully licensed Financial Advisor at Merrill. The position focuses on providing client‑service support to Financial Advisors (FAs) while completing the required Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 66) within 120 days. Upon licensing, the WMCA‑ADP will receive foundational training and be expected to support multiple FAs by delivering client advocacy, operational excellence, and customized solutions tailored to each client’s needs. Key Responsibilities Partner with Financial Advisors, Client Relationship Managers, and Market Supervision Managers on client servicing, risk, investments, and banking products. Provide excellent client service by educating clients on all available banking and investment offerings. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests. Assist in aligning practices with the bank’s policies to support operational excellence and risk management. Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships, promoting the integration of banking services into daily practices. Perform general business‑growth support functions, including business development, investment solutions, and business‑management support for multiple FAs.
