Make a Bigger Impact as a Medical Assistant—Out in the Community Role: Medical Assistant Location/Type: Wisconsin (Travel starts in Racine County; statewide travel required) • Field-based Pay: $31/hour Schedule: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, weekdays What You'll Do Visit patients in their homes, not exam rooms Complete Annual Wellness Visits (Medicare) and Well-Child Visits Focus on preventive care, not urgent care Build meaningful patient relationships with unrushed visits Support seniors and families in their homes Document visits using modern EMR tools Must-Haves 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) 6+ months of primary care or internal medicine experience Comfortable traveling daily to patient homes Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Nice to Have Experience conducting Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs) or Well-Child Visits Perks & Benefits Pay: $31/hour Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) $0.725/mile mileage reimbursement Paid travel time PTO and paid holidays Schedule & Travel Full-time, Monday–Friday Daytime hours only Travel begins in Racine County and may extend to other parts of Wisconsin Mobile field role with EMR charting Make an Impact Help seniors stay healthier and independent by bringing preventive healthcare directly to their homes.
