Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Bradford Houses Memory Care | Excellent Staffing Ratio: 1:5Full Time, Part Time or PRN | Days, Evenings or Nights Pay: $15-$18.55 (Based on experience, shift and weekend differential)What You'll Do as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Bradford Houses: Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and dining) Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with dementia Prepare and serve meals following food safety guidelines Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean home environment Support residents with transportation, errands, and daily routines Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team Follow safety procedures and assist with basic care tasks under supervisionRequirements for a Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Bradford Houses: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience in caregiving, geriatrics, or related field preferred but not required Ability to work onsite and as part of a teamWhy Join Brethren Care Village?At Brethren Care Village, you're more than an employee-you're part of a mission-driven team dedicated to compassionate, individualized care.
