Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN to become part of our established Women's Health Specialists team in Auburn, NY. This position provides a unique blend of a close-knit community atmosphere in Auburn, allowing healthcare providers to both live and work in the area they serve, alongside the robust resources, stability, and advanced infrastructure of a prominent regional health system. Position Details:

• Office Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

• Hospital Call: Two 24-hour shifts monthly, with a day off following each shift—offering significant work-life balance!

• Office Call: 1 in 4 (telephone consultations only)

• Access to robotic technology, advanced minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, and comprehensive gynecologic surgical support

Opportunity Highlights:

• Main outpatient practice location: 615 N Seward Ave, Auburn, NY 13021

• Level III NICU available at the affiliated hospital

• Level III Ultrasound services, strong Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) physician support, and midwifery assistance (inpatient, full-scope midwifery, and laborist coverage)

• Supportive leadership that emphasizes sustainability and the well-being of providers

• Deliveries and surgeries conducted in Syracuse, while practicing locally in Auburn—ideal for those wishing to integrate into the community they serve

• Annual system volume: 1,600 deliveries

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Desire to engage in a comprehensive mix of obstetrics and gynecology

• Exceptional clinical and communication abilities

• Strong dedication to collaborative, patient-centered care

• New and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply

Recruitment Package:

• Compensation: $325,000 - $350,000 annually

• Additional compensation for extra shifts

• $50,000 signing bonus

• $25,000 retention bonus at the start of year two

• $25,000 retention bonus at the start of year three

• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality incentives, additional shifts, or other cash compensation. Compensation may vary based on experience and other factors in accordance with state regulations.
