You’ll join a small, senior team that ships production systems daily, measures everything, and iterates based on real‑world performance. The Role This role is for a systems‑focused startup engineer who thinks from first principles and has built and operated large‑scale production systems . You’ve spent years designing, building, and running systems where failure modes, tail latency, throughput, and operational simplicity mattered. You enjoy reasoning about tradeoffs, performance vs. correctness, abstraction vs. control, and owning systems end‑to‑end while shipping at startup pace.
