The role emphasizes recruiting qualified drivers, supporting onboarding and retention initiatives, and ensuring OSHA and FMCSA/DOT compliance. Responsibilities Recruit and hire qualified CDL-A drivers. Utilize online tools, social media, and job boards to identify and attract talent. Ensure compliance with OSHA and FMCSA/DOT regulations. Support driver onboarding and retention programs. Requirements 2+ years of transportation experience (recruitment experience preferred). Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of OSHA and FMCSA/DOT rules and regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
