We focus on controllership and financial stewardship.FOAA seeks an experienced Finance Manager to support Accounts Receivable Accounting. This role will lead operational excellence initiatives, improve controllership, execute on recurring and holistic analytics; with strategic significance and high exposure. This role will focus on controllership with a mission to identify risk, document, design and implement improvements, and build scalable analytical frameworks to be leveraged by multiple cross-functional teams. This role cultivates an organizational environment that values development, diversity and growth opportunities for all FOAA employees. This role works with and effectively influences partner teams and key stakeholders across multiple organizations. The ideal candidate demonstrates ownership and sound judgment in decisions that have financial, business, operational, or customer implications, which leads the team to take smart risks and innovate.
