About the Position
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Office Receptionist to join our growing specialty practice. This position primarily focuses on front-desk responsibilities, patient communication, scheduling, insurance correspondence, and helping create an exceptional patient experience.
For candidates interested in expanding their skills, there is also an opportunity to assist with basic clinical duties and receive cross-training within the practice.
Responsibilities
• Answer phones and greet patients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Communicate patient financial responsibilities
• Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Coordinate communication among patients and medical and dental providers.
• Assist with administrative duties to support office operations
• Support clinical team as needed
Qualifications

✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized
✔ Comfortable using computers and dental software
✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience
✔ Dental front desk experience preferred
✔ Dental assisting experience preferred
✔ Willing to train the right candidate
Compensation
Pay: $18.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time opportunities available
