- 4 month assignment
- Conveyor system installation and alignment
- Mechanical assembly of automation equipment
- Installing rollers, motors, guards, and frames
- Reading blueprints and layout drawings
- Using power tools and precision tools
- Bolting, anchoring, and leveling equipment
- Troubleshooting minor mechanical issues
- Working at heights
- Supporting system start-up and testing
Qualification
- Power tools
- System testing
- Machine minor repairs
- Industrial equipment troubleshooting
You should be proficient in:
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Conduit Pulling
- Tape Measure Reading
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Equipment Repair & Maintenance
- Equipment Installation
- Machine Safety Inspections
