IT Application Support Analyst

BJC is seeking an IT Application Support Analyst for a remote position with a preference for candidates located in the St. Louis area. This role will require onsite presence at times. Ideal candidates should have experience with Application Support and possess knowledge in cloud-based application software healthcare industry and Windows desktop and operating systems. Provide user assistance with administration of application settings licensing and business workflow.

As an Application Support Analyst you will bridge the gap between complex healthcare data and business efficiency. You’ll manage system interfaces optimize workflows and provide critical support for our claims applications. Working under the guidance of the Team Lead you will help steer our digital environment toward creative problem-solving and high-quality data integrity.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Finance or a related technical certification.

Experience: 1-3 years in technical support or user application support preferably within a healthcare setting.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL (Structured Query Language) and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Windows Desktop/Operating Systems and User Security protocols.
• Experience with cloud-based application software.

Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking problem-solving and the ability to communicate data-driven “stories” to non-technical stakeholders.
