• Apply welding procedures
• Follow all safety policies
• Learn to follow a WPS
• Assist higher level welders and receive hands on experience and training to prepare for advancement

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in high paced environment
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Position may require bending, kneeling and stooping
• Must be highly motivated with a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment
• Must have effective communication and organizational skills
• Have innate attention to detail
• Work ethic - a sense of urgency in meeting critical and time sensitive deadlines.
