General Information:

Number of Beds: 4 rooms, 1 patient per room

Number of Staff: 22, consisting of RN and Techs

Type of staff:

• Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, Director, 4 staff members per room, 16 total per shift
• Night Shift: On-call team, 3 each call team, 7 total

Patient Ratios: 1:1

Type of equipment: all GE rooms

EMR: Meditech and MacLab

Typical hiring profile:

Skill Set:

Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, ACLS, ARRT

Must be competent in Special Procedures & GE Innova

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. RCIS

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Cardicac Cath, Cerebella angiograms, stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, scrubbing

Best personality Fit: Team player, close knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced

On-call is frequent, must be flexible and adapt to needs of Unit

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. . Red & gray in Cath & EP Labs (can use unit scrubs)
