Sodexo is currently seeking a Food Operations Manager to be a part of our management team at Fort Leonard Wood MEDCOM hospital in Saint. Robert, MO . The Food Operations Manager provides supervision for multi‑functional food service areas at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. What You'll Do Direct daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, and that operating standards and regulatory requirements are met. Manage patient and retail operations. Deliver high quality food service. Implement and fully utilize all Sodexo tools and programs to ensure financial outcomes. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships. Develop and implement plans and projects with defined objectives, methods, timetables and budgets to support the client and Sodexo strategic plan. Create a positive and safe environment. What You Bring Work history demonstrating strong employee engagement and leadership skills, previous supervisory experience, and the ability to work collaboratively. Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance. Ensures Sodexo and Army performance expectations are met. Ensures compliance with TB Med 530 Tri Service Food Code. 3-5 years of Healthcare food service experience in a management position. Understanding of HACCP, Sodexo, and NSF Standards. Minimum Requirements Minimum Education Requirement – Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience – 2 years.
