LEAD TEACHER QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED

* High School Diploma or equivalent * 45-hour Child Growth & Development certification * 45-hour Preschool Curriculum certification (for Preschool Teachers) * 45-hour Infant/Toddler certification (for Infant/Toddler Teachers) * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a licensed childcare center or 30 college credits * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning practices * Commitment to continuous professional growth * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and actively participate in classroom activities

PREFERRED

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
