Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience required License: State licensure required Certifications: CPR required Must-Have: Experience working with adults and geriatrics Description: This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. No weekends are required, but weekend visits are allowed if the clinician chooses. The productivity expectation is 7 visits per day or 35 visits per week. The geographic area covered includes multiple localities. Experience in home health is essential. Patient population includes adults and geriatrics. Skill sets required include AROM, AAROM, PROM, and the use of assistive devices. The position involves working with various diagnoses, including but not limited to COPD, CHF, orthopedic conditions, and neurological disorders. Therapists will use an EMR system for documentation. Supplies for necessary therapy interventions will be provided. Candidates must be comfortable floating to other units as necessary based on skill sets and patient census. This position requires the ability to manage time effectively and assess patient needs.
