The successful candidate will be responsible for leading analytics in this area, including exposure and experience-based pricing, reinsurance structure modeling, and optimization for capital efficiency. This role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of related experience, with a strong preference for those holding a professional accreditation as a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (FCAS). The SVP Actuary will be expected to interact with clients and brokers, contribute to the development of new opportunities, and assist in the enhancement of analytics tools and modeling capabilities. Key responsibilities for the SVP Actuary include effectively communicating analytics work, ensuring the use of best practices to identify process improvements, and developing in-house cyber expertise through research and development projects. The role demands a high level of analytical, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to work with attention to detail and a strong financial and business acumen.
