Responsibilities Title : Physical Therapist Location/work environment : In facility Reporting structure : Reporting to Director of Rehab Qualifications 1. Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility. 2. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or 3. Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or 4. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. 5. If the Physical Therapy degree was earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent. Salary Posted Salary Range: USD $60.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
