Job Description
TITLE
Registered Nurse - General

SCHEDULE
Night shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (rotating weekends and holidays)

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS
- Current Iowa RN license
- BCLS & ACLS certifications required
- Experience preferred, but not required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess and plan patient care needs using the nursing process.
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans.
- Guide and educate patients and their families regarding care.
- Direct and supervise activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining professional standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare protocols and procedures.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Proof of employment and health requirements must be submitted prior to start date.
- Background checks required for all states where a professional license is held and where the candidate has lived or worked in the past 7 years.
- Drug screening and proof of physical required prior to start.
- Compliance with immunization requirements is necessary.
