About The Role-
This full-time, hands-on role is designed for recent trade school graduates and developing technicians who are ready to apply their technical training or experience in the field while continuing to learn from experienced professionals.

You'll work alongside seasoned technicians, gaining valuable real-world experience with controls wiring, sensor wiring, control panel wiring, and building automation systems. As a Low Voltage Installation Technician, you will:

• Install and assist with low‑voltage wiring, cabling, and system components
• Support Building Automation Systems (BAS) installation
• Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and layout drawings
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Collaborate with senior technicians and project leads on job sites
• Solve technical challenges and contribute to innovative projects
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Requirements-

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for safety, coordination, and documentation purposes
• Ability to accurately read and measure using a tape measure
• Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and company policies
• Trade school training, technical coursework, or experience in a related trade

Physical Requirements-

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday
• Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and other elevated platforms
• Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including heat, cold, dust, and confined spaces
• Ability to distinguish colors for proper wiring identification
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools, lifts, and testing equipment
