Reports to: Director Enterprise Solutions

The ERP Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of Oracle E-Business ERP projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful ERP project management and a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business ERP functionality.

Examples of Duties:

• Lead and manage the project team from initiation to closure
• Develop and manage the project plan, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including the project team, customer, and vendor
• Manage risks and issues throughout the project and develop mitigation plans as needed
• Ensure the project meets customer requirements and expectations
• Manage the project budget and track costs closely
• Approve all project changes and ensure they're implemented efficiently
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
• Document all project activities and deliverables
• Close out the project and ensure all lessons learned are captured

Minimum Qualifications/Experience, Education, and Training:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
• Proven experience in Oracle E-Business ERP Cloud
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP implementations
• PMP Certification from PMI
• Experience with other ERP systems, such as CGI, Oracle, SAP, etc.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems
• Experience with Agile project management methodology
