Registered Behavior Technician

Wonder Star ABA provides in-home and school-based ABA therapy for children with autism across Ohio and Maryland. We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented RBT to join our team in Jamestown, OH, helping children build meaningful skills in their natural environments while being supported by experienced BCBAs. Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM Position Details – RBT Type: Part-time Pay: $17–$25 per hour Hours: 10–15 per week Schedule: Varies based on client needs; may include after-school/early evening hours What You'll Do (RBT) Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and/or school settings in Jamestown, OH Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs as designed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill progress using company-approved systems Follow behavior support plans with fidelity, including proactive, teaching, and response strategies Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA regarding client progress and any concerns Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and a safe, supportive environment for each client What We're Looking For – RBT RBT certification in good standing Able to work onsite in Jamestown, OH Reliable transportation to client homes/schools in the Jamestown area Ability to follow detailed clinical instructions and treatment plans Strong professionalism, punctuality, and dependability Clear, respectful communication with families and clinical team members Benefits (RBT) Flexible part-time schedule aligned with your availability Ongoing supervision and clinical support from experienced BCBAs Opportunities for professional growth within ABA Meaningful, client-centered work making a direct impact on children and families #J-18808-Ljbffr
