The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking a Home Hospital RN to deliver inpatient-level care for patients at home. You will partner with physicians and the care team to assess needs, develop and implement home care plans, and drive in-home visits using a university-provided vehicle. Travel will span Franklin and surrounding counties.
