Host Regular Position at BUCA Restaurants

As a Host Regular at BUCA Restaurants, your main responsibility will be to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for customers, greeting them with a warm smile and providing them with exceptional customer service. Your goal is to ensure that every guest has a positive dining experience and feels valued and appreciated. You will also be responsible for managing the waitlist, seating guests, and coordinating with the serving staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the hospitality industry
• Knowledge of reservation management systems
• Ability to speak multiple languages
• Experience in handling customer complaints and resolving issues
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude upon arrival
• Manage the waitlist and accurately estimate wait times
• Seat guests in a timely and efficient manner, taking into consideration their preferences and any special requests
• Coordinate with the serving staff to ensure a smooth flow of service
• Assist with answering phone calls and taking reservations
