Company CDL-A Truck Driver Overview
- Strong weekly pay with benefits that kick in fast. Company drivers earn 60CPM plus a 2CPM bonus your first year, with top performers making up to $80,000 a year, enjoy weekly paychecks, $400 paid orientation, and a full benefits package starting after just 30 days.*
- Get home more often. Depending on location, drivers can now get home weekly, running strong, steady miles across Dart's 30-state network.
- Easy-running freight across a wide, driver-friendly network. Run 80% drop-and-hook freight across Dart's 30-state network, giving you miles you can count on and smoother weeks with less waiting and more earning.
- Reliable equipment and weekly pay. Drive Freightliner and Peterbilt trucks with dependable weekly paychecks.

- Driver referral rewards. Drivers can now receive the referral bonus even if the referred driver attends orientation at the same time through our "Bring a Driver" program. Earn 4CPM during the first year and 2CPM in perpetuity after. No cap and no limit on referrals.*
- Military appreciation. Additional pay available for verified military experience.
