Qualifications:

• Active RN or LPN license
• Preferred: Pediatric experience with ventilator- and tracheostomy-dependent patients
• Experience with bus riding/pupil transport protocols is a plus
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for a student requiring vent and trach support
• Ride the bus with the student to and from school, ensuring safety and health
• Arrive at the student’s home before 8am and accompany until approximately 4pm
• Collaborate with school staff and the student’s clinical team on care planning and communication
