Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through strong communication, attentive service, and teamwork, while bringing integrity, reliability, and innovation to each shift. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.66 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM, Fri 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, office areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity by verifying credentials, following site access procedures, and helping to control entry to restricted or sensitive areas. Support daily operations by observing for maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, then communicating findings through required reports, logs, and verbal updates. Minimum Requirements: Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent. Be 21+ years of age. CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
