Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team in Holland, MI. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of a busy practice by managing client communications, scheduling appointments, preparing and maintaining documents, and ensuring electronic files and records are accurate and up to date. This position provides dedicated support to an attorney whose practice includes family law and estate planning. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Prepare, proofread, and maintain legal documents and correspondence. Manage and organize electronic files and legal records to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Assist with case management and maintain up-to-date client information. Support the attorney with administrative tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Qualifications Highly organized and attentive to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Enjoys working with and assisting a diverse range of clients.
