Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine patient status and care effectiveness using the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

  • Develop tailored treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and the unique special needs of each patient.

  • Monitor patient progress consistently, providing targeted interventions and strategies that align with their mental health needs.

  • Maintain accurate treatment records, reports, and clinical information utilizing current health technologies to meet regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with patients and their families to craft comprehensive care plans that clearly define desired outcomes and strategies for achieving them.

  • Coordinate referrals and serve as the liaison between patients and relevant treatment providers, ensuring seamless transitions in care.

Qualifications\n

  • Master’s degree in Social Work.

  • Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this LCSW position is competitive, starting at USD 90,000 and going up to USD 105,000 annually. We offer a signing bonus as an additional incentive.
