Responsibilities:- Create and lead dynamic bootcamp-style fitness classes catering to a diverse clientele in Gilroy, CA
- Offer individualized coaching and encouragement to support clients in achieving their fitness and well-being objectives
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and oversee client form to maintain a safe workout environment
- Devise engaging and challenging workout routines to ensure client motivation and participation
- Monitor client progress, offer constructive feedback, and adapt workout plans as necessary for optimal results
- 2+ years of experience in fitness coaching or personal training
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Knowledge of fitness and nutrition principles
- US Work Authorization
