CDL-A Driver Entry Level - Paid Mentor Program - No Unloading

$650 per week

Job Description

Rocky Mount sits right on Interstate 95, and this reefer fleet needs drivers who can run it. New CDL holders train with pay, never unload a trailer, and come home every two weeks.

What Matters Most

No unloading
1,900 to 2,500 miles a week once solo
Home every two weeks

Training

$650 a week for 4 to 6 weeks with a mentor
$300 orientation pay , 2 days or less

Pay After Training

$1,000 a week guaranteed for 3 months
Average weekly pay $1,300 to $1,500
Monthly bonus on performance

Equipment

Late model Freightliners, automatic and 10 speed
Pets and riders after training

What You Need

21+, valid Class A CDL, 120+ hours CDL school
No experience needed. Experienced: 6 months in 12 or 12 months in 5 years
DD214 considered
Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, nothing serious in 12 months
No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
Hair and urine drug test, 3 years verifiable work history
