What this job actually is Three focused days per week. You will work directly alongside the dentist on the full range of general dentistry: restorative, extractions, hygiene support, and more. Our patients are loyal and long-established; they appreciate care that is personal and unhurried. This role also includes cross-training at the front desk. When the office manager is busy or out, you will answer phones, schedule appointments, take messages, accept payments, and manage voicemail and email. We are a small office. Everyone covers for everyone. The mindset we are looking for This one matters as much as clinical skill, so we are going to be direct about it. We believe dentistry improves lives.
