Program Manager - Full Time

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm We are a trusted provider of community-based services for individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, and behavioral health challenges. Our residential programs support individuals in building meaningful relationships, strengthening independence, and living fulfilling lives within their communities. • Provide leadership and oversight for a residential program, ensuring high-quality person-centered supports while managing program operations, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure the quality and safety of supports provided to adults with disabilities and/or brain injuries in residential settings

• Promote independence, community engagement, social connections, and healthy lifestyles
• Organize meaningful community activities and opportunities for skill development
• Support individuals with personal care needs and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as necessary
• Maintain effective communication with individuals served, families, staff, and stakeholders
• Staff Management & Development
• Interview and hire employees in partnership with individuals served when appropriate
• Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Conduct performance evaluations and support employee growth
• Attend BAMSI leadership meetings and management trainings and share best practices with staff

Quality Management

• Identify and address program needs related to facilities, vehicle maintenance, and overall operations
• Monitor use of petty cash, credit cards, gas cards, and individual funds in accordance with agency policies
• Maintain high standards of safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance

High School Diploma or GED required, plus one of the following: One (1) year of experience in a related field and one (1) year of supervisory experience, or Two (2) years of experience in a related field Commitment to person-centered supports and community inclusion

• Ability to work collaboratively with individuals served, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, documentation, and electronic systems
