You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting so each customer feels welcome the moment they walk in. Daily Activities Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact. Greet teammates with a warm hello and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions. On the floor, focus on the customer by offering a warm welcome, making eye contact, and creating friendly, personal conversations. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Finish strong by sharing loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have all they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you. Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration. Strive for continuous improvement, take pride in your work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other. Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. Who You Are Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Must be able to: Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English. Communicate and collaborate with customers and colleagues. Meet daily sales goal challenges. Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information. Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and able to adapt to changing priorities. Independent but strong in team dynamics. Comfortable handling electronic devices. At least one year of selling or customer service experience preferred. Essential Physical Requirements Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 pounds, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching, including above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
